They make their wines with Thierry Garnaud, former cellar master at Château Cheval Blanc, and share his philosophy: let the vines and the grapes do the talking, with minimal intervention and traditional methods, and never chase heavy, over-extracted wines. We aim for wines that are delicious, drinkable and complex, true to their terroir and vintage.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe estate is HVE (Haute Valeur Environnementale) certified at Level 4 — France's highest environmental certification for wine estates, independently audited by the French state.
