🍷Tasting Notes It has a salmon pink colour as a result of its ageing in oak. It has delicate aromas of stewed and ripe fruit and floral hints in keeping with the spices and vanilla released by the barrel.
Its passage through the mouth is fluid, fresh, firm, broad, with a long and warm aftertaste and quite structured, all in perfect balance. PAIRING: Ideal as an aperitif or with pasta, rice or light meats.
