🍷Tasting Notes: The Grenache is 100% whole bunch fermented, while the Syrah is destemmed and aged in oak for approximately 9-10 months. Lighter styled, succulently fruited and fresh, this wine can be served lightly chilled yet still retains substance and intensity. Fresh red cherries, the nose is all charm while the palate follows up with more pronounced Syrah influences of black pepper.
