🍷Tasting Notes: Barbaresco in Piedmont carries DOCG status for wine made from Nebbiolo.  (The same grape used to make Barolo). Barbaresco has 4 villages, NEIVE in the highest part, produces some of the most tannic and expressive Barbaresco wines, from  80-100-year-old vines in this village our Barbaresco is born.

High acidity, intense grippy tannins, garnet colour with classic brick hues, scents of plum jam, small berries, and a slight touch of mint.  Flavors of cherry rose and tar.  Great with any red meat dishes or hearty food.
