🍇 Grape: Red blend of 70% Cabernet Sauvignon for backbone and intense flavor and 30% Cinsault to ease the tannins and add a juicy roundness to the palate.
🍷Tasting Notes: An intense nose reveals ripe blackcurrants and an umami savory quality, very smooth on the palate with refined tannins and a long finish. The Cabernet makes it a big, but refined wine. Naturally fermented and matured in French oak barrels for 18 months. This has all the big black fruits - blackcurrants, blackberries and plums. The Cinsault lifts the tannins and gives a juicy freshness and pepperiness on the finish.
