35% Chardonnay, 35% Pinot Noir, 30% Pinot Meunier.  Bright, pale yellow. On the nose, there are abundant, ripe orchard fruits, particularly pear, with a hint of spice. The Cuvée Royale Brut is best enjoyed as an aperitif though it can be enjoyed throughout a meal. Ideal with smoked salmon or parmesan shavings.
