🍷 Tasting Notes: A savoury, sweetly ripe Pinot Noir showing dark plum, dried herb, cured meat, mushroom and toasted nut aromas, with a succulent, supple palate, silky tannins and a persistent, complex finish. From vines over 20 years old (clones 10/5, 114 and 115), hand-harvested and fermented in one-tonne vats with daily plunging, then aged 10–12 months in seasoned French oak.

🍽️ Food Pairing: Delicious with red meat dishes, particularly good with duck or a rich mushroom risotto.
