🍷 Tasting Notes: Bright and vibrantly fruity, with aromas of green rockmelon, grapefruit, Gala apple and ripe gooseberry, lifted by fresh lemon zest and herbaceous notes. The palate is succulent and fine-textured, with beautifully pitched acidity carrying through to a crisp, dry finish. Machine harvested with gentle technology, destemmed and slow-pressed, then cool-fermented in stainless steel to preserve its fresh varietal character.

🍽️ Food Pairing: Freshly cooked seafood, asparagus and vegetarian dishes. Best served lightly chilled.
