A powerful yet elegant Marlborough Pinot Noir, certified organic by BioGro New Zealand. Aromas of dark cherry and floral notes lead in, layered with a hint of spicy oak. Wild yeast fermentation brings savoury depth and earthy undertones, while the silky palate delivers rich red fruit, well-integrated oak and fine, structured tannins. Gentle acidity carries the wine to a long, balanced finish with genuine cellaring potential — expect it to develop gracefully over the next 8 years.

Grown on European-style high-density plantings using premium Burgundy clones, with meticulous canopy management for even ripening and concentrated flavour. Handpicked and sorted into small bins, the fruit is chilled, de-stemmed and fermented with wild yeast, then aged 17 months in high-quality French barriques — bottled unfined and unfiltered.
