🍷Tasting Notes:

A pale straw-coloured Grüner Veltliner with real textural depth. On the nose, delicate orange blossom, citrus and stone fruit meet notes of honeysuckle. On the palate, white peach and a signature peppery spice come through, layered with the mineral complexity that Blind River's soils are known for — giving the wine its clean, crisp character. Balanced fruit, acidity and phenolics carry through to a long, dry finish.

Food pairing: Best with oily fish like salmon and tuna, or richer proteins such as roasted pork and duck.
