🍷 Tasting Notes: Pale gold with a bright, rich nose of ripe stonefruit and toasted hazelnut. The palate is tightly structured yet elegant, layering white peach and nectarine over subtle, well-judged oak. Whole-bunch pressed and naturally fermented, with ten months on lees for texture. Rated 94 points by Wine Orbit and awarded Silver at the New World Wine Awards. Drinking beautifully now with salmon, tuna, roast pork or duck.
